F02版本的官方网站就有ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp53001-53500/sp53432.exe

另外建议可以先把系统最小化，比如外接的设备去掉，甚至硬盘都可以去掉，看看能否启动。

实在不行，只能找编程器刷回去了。

我之前更新bios的时候，提示要先备份，我备份到一个u盘里面了 目录结构是这样的G:\Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\Previous 里面有两个文件，一个是68SVD.BIN，另一个是68SVD.SIG 不知道能不能用这个恢复

另键盘没有失灵 只是是鼠标一样，速度很慢 按大概三四秒才出来

明显这个现象就是bios rom版本和工程机硬件版本不兼容导致的。

既然键盘慢，但可以操作，那就试试刷回原来的F02的行不行吧

不过官网上的说明，F20以后的都不能刷回原来版本啦，那楼主就只能考虑找编程器刷回去了。

8560w的rom就是你那个备份的bin文件，不是家用机那种fd文件

不过你用win b我估计多半是不行的，同样会有版本验证通不过，只能用编程器刷了

不妨先试试吧。

我刚才狂按f10进去bios了 看到版本的确是刷过的f22

拔AC电源，拔电池，然后插AC电源，同时按住win + b键，再按电源键开机，然后机器会自动寻找启动盘根目录的rom文件恢复，步骤是一样的。

对了，你刷了F22，有没有恢复一下默认bios设置试试？

最好弄个bios版本的图片记录一下，看看kbc版本，vbios版本等等，是不是都更新到f22了。

我看了下video bios revision 是 ATI 09/28/11
Keyboard Controller revision 是 01.39

这个是什么原因啊
