Your laptop does boot actually.. The issue is the LCD screen didn't power on. You have to get a monitor,plug the cables, then you can do the update works through the monitor.. Sorry for the delay by the way. We're in different time zones.
no with the GPU i got i think it might be broken because my CPU wont start i know cuz it give me blink code i don't know why except for the fact that the GPU is broken cuz everything works fine when i plug in the old original gpu

Yep. If the Graphic card is not broken,it should turn on without the screen.I tried before.

Yep. If the Graphic card is not broken,it should turn on without the screen.I tried before.
even if its HP ? ok well i think its broken cuz CPU does not start and CPU fan wont start either
