HP-UX Common Bundle (CommonIO)

The CommonIO bundle packages multiple products, and is always installed. The sections below describe each CommonIO component:
SAS-COMMON contains the sasmgr(1M) utility, which you can use to manage all SAS Host Bus Adapters (HBAs) on HP-UX. Currently, sasmgr(1M) manages SAS HBAs controlled by SerialSCSI-00. The SerialSCSI-00 bundle depends on SAS-COMMON. Before installing SerialSCSI-00, be sure that CommonIO is installed.
FC-COMMON (HP-UX 11i v3 only) contains the FC-SNIA file set. FC-SNIA contains the Common SNIA HBA Application Programming Interface (API) library, which provides a consistent interface to access HBA information in a Fibre Channel Storage Area Network.
