latest HP-UX version certified with 9i ?

What is the latest version of HP-UX that Oracle 9i was certified with? (For both Itanium and PA-RISC if the answer is different).
I’ve been Googling and looking at Oracle documentation but the 9i Installation Guide I found only lists 11.0 as the prerequisite.
