Problem Description

Customer is not able to login to the BL p-Class GbE2 switch using the
Serial port, because the password is not known or forgotten.
There is no "Default" password.

NOTE - If this is a new install the initial Username/Password is
admin/admin.
Resolution/Workaround

All p-Class GbE2 switches have the same backdoor password. This
password (listed below) ONLY works from the local serial port on the
switch. This means the customer must have physical access to the
switch. This process cannot be used via Telnet or the Web Interface.
The password is used to reset the Administrator password so they can
login as the administrator.
