I wants to boot the server from the SAN.
The mezzanine card will connect to the FEX in the chassis.
The onboard adapter connects to Cisco 3120 Catalyst

Is this supported?

You need to check which NIC they want to boot from (is it the FlexLOM through the Cisco 3120, or the mezzanine through the FEX ? I would guess the latter) and then check the QuickSpecs for the NIC in question to see if it supports iSCSI boot.

And then check the OS you want to put on the server whether that supports iSCSI boot as well.
