Note: You must gather the connection information from the Managed Network group. They will tell you which port the new network connection has been installed.

1. Log onto Virtual Connect with Administrator privileges.

2. Click on Ethernet Networks.

3. Click on ‘Define Network’

4. Name the network.

a. Check Smart Link, if needed.
b. Check Private Network, if needed.
c. Check Enable VLAN Tunneling, if needed.

5. Choose the correct Port by clicking ‘Add Port, then choosing the Bay – Port #
a. Choose the Speed/Duplex, if necessary.

6. Choose a Connection Mode (Auto or Failover).

7. Click Apply to create the new Network.
