Could someone advise me if the integrated (embedded) Flexible LOM below can work with Virtual Connect Flex 10?

I have run the Watson and the default Flex LOM is
684212-B21 HP FlexFabric 10Gb 2P 554FLB FIO Adptr

While this is a flex fabric LOM, should I change to the Flex-10 LOM (684211-B21) if our customer would like to use Virtual Connect Flex 10 interconnect module (not Flex Fabric).

Of it should be fine and works both to Virtual Connect Flex 10.

Yes, 554FLB works with VC Flex-10.

You need to update VC firmware to v3.51 to use BL460c Gen8.
