We have completed our review of strategic options for PSG and I’m pleased to announce that PSG will remain part of HP!

HP objectively evaluated the strategic, financial and operational impact of spinning off PSG. It’s clear that keeping PSG within HP is right for customers and partners, right for shareholders, and right for employees. HP is committed to PSG, and together we are stronger.

The deep data-driven analysis revealed the significant extent to which PSG contributes to HP’s supply chain efficiencies, distribution breadth, solutions portfolio and overall brand value.

With the decision made, we can put this behind us and move forward as one HP, leveraging the power of the industry’s best and broadest portfolio of products, services and solutions for customers that span from the consumer to the enterprise and everywhere in between.
