8560W BIOS升级

看到网站上有新的BIOS 版本F.29。下载下来开始升级，提示升级之后，将不能刷之前的BIOS。现在机器是F.22，请教升级有哪些改进？另外不能刷之前的bios，会不会影响以后DIY?
