3PAR - Create hosts definition on Inform OS

The PowerShell script below will read the CSV file and generate host entries in 3PAR Inform using the Putty/Plink modified version from Quest (http://rc.quest.com/downloads.php?project=PuTTY )
If you run the script as is, it will print out the commands to be executed on the 3PAR ( see result.txt)
If you have Putty/Plink installed, comment out the last line and run the script. It will create the hosts on the 3PAR OS
