An urgent question regarding 3Par Policy manager, I understand it is a host based license product that should be ordered separately.

However, attached document stating that “The Service Processor includes an accompanying HP 3PAR Secure Service Policy Manager application that defines and implements customer-configured remote service access policies.”

This is confusing, anyone can help on clarifying the product ordering, is it per license or it should be included?

Policy manager needs to be ordered as a separate SKU which I have highlighted in SBW below. It is delivered on separate media from the service processor and the customer needs to run it on a separate server or VM. The service processor can be configured by support to integrate with policy manager to approve or deny remote access to the service processor and/or Inserv.

You only need one policy manager per site.
